Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is the physical and physiological development of individuals. This training is designed to help individuals become faster, stronger and more flexible as well as increase their skill and knowledge of physiology and chemistry so they can perform better and remain injury free.

SCHEDULE:

Mon.-Thurs. 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Sat. 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

MMA is a program that allows the use of striking, throwing and grappling techniques. While attending this program you will get in shape and learn many of the best Martial Arts techniques like Joint Manipulation, Striking, Pressure Points, Take Downs, Grappling, etc.

SCHEDULE:

Mon.-Thurs. 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Sat 9:00-11:00 a.m.

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

A martial art, combat sport and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. It promotes the concept that using proper technique, leverage and applying joint-lock and choke holds will defeat the opponent. 

SCHEDULE:

Tues., Thurs. 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Boxing

Participants learn boxing fundamentals, skills and techniques through drills like shadow boxing, bag work and sparring.

Sports Performance

Sports Performance challenges youth and adult athletes to train for their sport at a high level of athleticism. Athletic Conditioning increases overall sports performance and reduces injury risks. This is done by unique, innovative systems of training specifically targeted to improve the athlete’s speed, strength, power, agility, reaction, movement mechanics, dynamic balance, nutrition and recovery. Each session uses sequences of drills and exercises that are sport-specific to combine the science and application necessary to improve sport performance
